Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "T&Cs") govern the sales of artisanal products offered by Artisan'All on the website www.artisan-all.com. By placing an order on our website, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. However, photographs and descriptions are not contractually binding.

All products are handmade, which may result in variations in color, patterns, or dimensions.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in [moroccan dirhams MAD / dollar $], all taxes included (tax included).
Artisan’All reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Shipping fees are specified before the final order confirmation.

4. Order

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale.
Order confirmation requires:

  • Complete filling out of the order form
  • Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
  • Payment online or cash on delivery (if this option is offered)

Artisan’All reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an unresolved dispute regarding a previous order.

5. Payment

Payment is made via:

  • Credit card (secure payment)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (if offered)

Payments are secured via SSL protocol. Bank details are never stored on our website.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas: Morocco, Europe (and other areas to be specified)
Estimated delivery times: 2 to 7 business days in Morocco / 5 to 15 business days internationally

Shipping fees and delivery times are displayed during the ordering process. Artisan’All cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

7. Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Customized or made-to-order products : non-refundable except in case of manufacturing defects.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by the legal warranty against defects in conformity or hidden flaws. In case of a defective product, please contact us at artisanall.marrakech@gmail.com with photo evidence.

9. Liability

Artisan’All cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.) or due to the client’s fault.

10. Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The customer has the right to access, modify, correct, and delete their personal data.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Artisan’All website (texts, images, design, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of the company. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited without permission.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

Les présentes CGV sont régies par le droit marocain.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Marrakech.
